Silver Dragon Wales Taekwon-Do is a vibrant ITF Taekwon-Do club in formed from the merger of Silver Dragon (led by Sarah Panes) and Wales TKD (founded by Gary Luce). Since December 2024, Sarah has served as the principal instructor, continuing Gary’s legacy while uniting both communities under one inclusive, family-friendly banner. The club offers welcoming classes for juniors and adults, blending strong technical foundations with fitness, confidence, and personal development, and remains committed to accessible, high-quality training for beginners through black belts.
