Take your Taekwon-Do knowledge to the next level and step onto the competition floor with confidence. Our upcoming Umpire Course is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of ITF competition, sharpen their judging skills, and work towards their Class C Umpire qualification.

Who can attend

• Red Belt and above (ages 12+)

Whether you're aiming to officiate at competitions or simply want a deeper understanding of scoring and rules of Taekwon-Do competition, this course will give you practical, real-world insight.

What to bring and wear

• Dress code: Umpire dress - navy suit, white shirt, tie and white sports shoes

• Please bring a packed lunch

• Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day

Please register online and via the ITF Database for this event. Registration closes on Thursday 28th May 2026.

Your place will only be confirmed once both registration and payment have been received.  

Pre-Course materials

Upon registering, all participants will be sent pre-course materials.

These should be read and familiarised with before attending, as they form an important foundation for the practical and theory elements covered on the day.

Cost and payment

• Course fee: £25

Payment should be made via bank transfer to the British Taekwon-Do Federation at the time of registration. Please use the attending student’s name as the payment reference so that your registration can be correctly matched.
