On Saturday, 5th July, the British Taekwon-Do Federation hosted our National Training & Grading in Nuneaton, conducted by Grand Master Wayne Brown IX.

The day consisted of practice and application of Fundamental Movements, Patterns and Taekwon-Do Sparring.
